I want to believe in your way of filling this out but every other video they put and say be descriptive but to the point… Where as yours is a much different approach 🤷♂️
Update…. First time applying I filled it out exactly as you instructed 3 weeks after mailing it back I was approved 1 day after dds finished. I couldn’t believe it especially as I’m 35 I waited 18 months before applying not sure if that helped as records showed it had already lasted a year’
I'm confused because other attorney's websites say that being vague leaves the door open for denial, and that to be specific, such as using hours to identify things because the reader doesn't have a frame of reference for vague statements. Can you please explain why the discrepancies in legal opinions?
I can’t use these for mental health reasons. Although they do manifest physically. But I do appreciate the answers about daily life and functioning and whatnot
About cooking for yourself. I only do simple things like frozen foods. Pizza is one, unwrap it and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. For soups, Ramen noodles, just add hot water and let sit a few minutes. I don't do any sort of frying or sauteing. I have never once filleted chicken, I am afraid I would cut myself. Would it hurt if I just told them frozen and instant foods such as pizzas?
I eat cereal like 95% of the time cuz I don't have to stand more than like a minute or 2. 😅 I have expanded to some quick frozen foods and sit on couch if it happens to be longer than a few minutes.
I like that many forms can be filled out on the computer. Just fill it out, print it and even print a second copy for you to keep. As for keeping copies of older papers, get a cheap scanner. A used one is not that expensive. Just make sure it is not broken and that there is a driver for your OS of choice. Also make sure that it is not a model that is known for being unreliable.
this is really gd because legit some people cant sit down for a longer period of time or stand due to severe back pain cant stand for longer period of time especially if u have a condition that prevents u from doing a job

After filling out the function report, do you go to see a judge if your answers are all positive. Does the Dds Approve cases without going to court. Can you get approved after the report gets filled out.
I just filled out my paper 5 minutes ago and i read over it and realized i messed up a line in my question 5, is crossing it out an okay thing to do? Mine is for mental health and this mess up is DIRECTLY correlated to my issue im writing this up for in the first place. Im really worried about it and cant afford a lawyer
So? What happened with your case? You do know there are lawyers that do help and get paid when it's approved if it's SSI you're applying for. But I get ya! Working on my case now! 🤞 Hope you won yours!
Thank you! If I was laid off due to anger burst, are they going to check with my employer if I provide the name of the empoyer? Because in my case it is documented as being laid off, it does not say there was anger burst, etc. please clarify!
There is a similar form but it is the third party version. That would be 3380 BK. Do those get sent out for a third party to fill out even after someone has won benefits? Do they only send them to people who are listed as contacts or do they send them to any living relative who might be your next of kin? Also I wonder one other thing, I have attended a couple support group meetings with a local organization. It is a non profit that also has job coaching and other services that one can use. I suspect that there is some little known rule that dictates to them that they must share information on their clients with the SSA. They may note whether a person can work or not or whether they appear to have various disabilities. They do fun activities and host events. They may be things like Bocce ball and other similar activities. They are great people and all. I just feel that they may be discreetly taking notes as to a person's residual functional capacity and whether they show signs of various mental and physical disabilities. I doubt that they can see the full picture on my learning disabilities without tests that are more in depth. They note that I do own a vehicle and think that I could do delivery jobs and things. I told my sister what they said and she didn't like that at all, she feels that a job like that would be too dangerous for me in various ways. She does care very much and would be deeply heart broken if that did happen. I also don't want to do Uber driving and have strange people in my vehicle at any time. To protect the reputation of the agency hosting the events I will not mention who they are. I am just worried that if the SSA finds out I was with them they might send them 3380s or request that they fill them out on me. I have looked at the form and it does not ask for any SSNs (a third party should not know these things about you unless you are careless). I guess what I am wondering is can they or do they send them to random people requesting info on someone else? Do they just send them to people you listed on paperwork? My sister only suggested going to that group because she thought I would enjoy it being with people in a similar situation. I am also afraid that these events may trigger more frequent reviews and no one likes CDRs. Most of my CDRs were just a short form and one time they wanted me to see their doctor which is usually bad news for a lot of people on benefits.
Glad to hear that most of my form is good. With all the fakers out there, I don't think it's a good idea to give things out question by question. They should get a lawyer to help them if they need it. Me and many others I know are upset because of ones that get it but don't need it cuz they could do something with or w/o accommodations, meanwhile I have been waiting 14 months now with really no way to work. Unless it involved napping on and off and 24/7 self care. ;)

I came to this video for help because I'm dumb when it comes to some of these forms and it would have probably cost me my case, and I REALLY need the help! Where I live there's no cap the landlords have to raise rent and it's already 1000-1200 a month for rent now even a studio apartment 😢. I didn't know he actually helps with the answers but I'm grateful to be able to know how to answer better now. Just saying.
I did that as my house was foreclosed on and when eviction comes I’ll be homeless legit no family they have all passed also been 2 years since working savings is dried up.. they told me and I quote there’s lots of people that can’t afford things and are also already homeless before applying/decision there’s nothing I can do for you… Yup that sums up our govt
