OMG!!! I’ve never seen such beautiful, fresh salmon down here in the lower 48--and so much of it!!! She just glides through each fish and cuts beautiful fillets with little to no waste--while at the same time refereeing kids!!! 😂 What does she use the bones for? Does she make stock with them? I can’t begin to imagine how hard it is to live where you HAVE to catch and prep your own food and make sure you have enough to last those long and brutal winters because you can’t just get in your car and drive 10 minutes to an affordable grocery store for something last minute. I have nothing but the deepest respect for those who can do it!!! Alaskans are made of MUCH tougher stuff than me!!! .
what a beautiful comment. thanks for understanding the hard work goes in ALASKA specially remote alaska. totally different then lower 48 for sure. i have learned a lot here during my stay in ALASKA for 3 years.
