Honestly, this is some of the best content on fundamentals and thoughts while playing I’ve ever seen. I’ve been playing since season four and have never progressed out of silver. I’m ashamed to say it, but hey, let’s see what changes. Can’t wait till the next video.
Loving the Yi coaching content. The only thing I would like to know is methods you could use to learn whether or not you win fights against champs. You have a lot of years experience, so I'm sure it's natural to you by now. I'm not sure how teachable that is. Just after you drove the herald and killed 3 for example, you knew perfectly well who to target and what skills to avoid (and how to avoid), and you did it like it was nothing. I've been playing the game a few months but I would be clueless as to what is an 80%+ chance for a kill/gank etc. I think that's the main thing slowing down a climb. In short, is there a way you can give a rundown on matchups vs the most common champs, what to know regarding when/how to engage so we can gain understanding of these odds of a good outcome?
That can only be learned by playing a lot of games and reviewing what you did bad. Sinerias did those plays perfectly because he's been playing this game and this champ for years now so he can perfectly predict the way other people play with their champ by having experience. My advice would be play a lot of Master Yi against other champions and learn from it by reviewing your games. You can also watch videos of other people playing and I recommend the channel "domisumReplay: Master Yi" if Sinerias' content isn't enough since it shows the game replays of high elo Master Yi players which you can learn from.
If you’re just starting out, your focus you should be to learn what every champion does and their spikes. From there, you’ll be able to predict the outcome of some fights.
Holy geez man. This should be the bible you have to sit through before Q-ing into jg. Keep showing us what you want brother. You are the expert, so what i want to see and what you think we should see are two different things. Great video! Cant wait to see more.
I've seen guides that explain this play-style and have had some success implementing them. Seeing someone perform it absolutely flawlessly is a great way for me to confirm that I'm on the right track. So the general idea is there and what I still lack is the situational awareness to judge whether something will work or not. But my 0 death-games are becoming more frequently. It's 3 out of the last ten right now. What I'd like to see is a video like this but with Briar since that's my main. :)

Okay this is great and all but before your first clear your team is already 3/0 without you. Can you show what to do in the inevitable situation where your lanes are already 0/5 before you finish first clear? I'm tired of games where I have literally NO PRIO anywhere from hard inting teammates.

you content helped me to rank up from gold2 to plat 2 i still play well but sometimes i lose games where i dont control anything since the start cause of midlaners and toplaners feeders they dont move and being afks .. your content is amazing i love it but if you may explain how to see if lane divable or not ? how to keep tempo and how to take early game to mid game.. much love from tunisia

Sinerias, could you please start at iron and show us exactly how you climb to gold or plat. I have started playing lol 1.5 years ago. I am hard stuck in bronze and I know you are going to hate hearing this but, "I very often blame my team for throwing the game and loosing." Yes.. I have been "hard stuck in iron bronze Elo for a long time. Hearing you thinking out loud really helps me so much, bro. Please continue to do a iron to plat climb. I really want to be able to reach plat Elo with Yi in jgl. I have played mid lane, support and top lane. My Katarina is on 1.1 million xp and pantheon is on 300k and I have about another 10 other champions on lvl 7. I always try my best in every game, but I honestly tell you that I really need your knowledge and just want to see exactly how you play and also think out loud. I literally want to improve but I try try try and try more but I just don't feel in control of the game like when you do it... You are applying fundamental and this is worth so much. Please continue. What I like about Coach Curtis compared with other coaches like this dude is that Curtis understood that this entire "oh man look at me, person who probably has double the hours in this game that you have in your actual job you can do the same thing I do" grift is bullshit.
Hey sinerias a quick question i was wondering is what do i do when enemies choke yi out of gold? Inaves during early full clear, taking camps after killing you, etc. There's some games where i end up constantly inting because i go into my jungle time after time and get killed by three of them while they were on my camps.
@Sinerias, I main jg ww in bronze. I do look at the map but feel like I can't do anything if my teammates start inting. Is it solvable with the same concepts you described here, or should I change to a harder carrier jgler?

10:54 really curious why did u choose to walk mid not krugs? ur whole jg is spawning and drake is 2 minutes i thought thats exactly how much u need for full clear into drake.
mainly because Kassadin had a push on midlane on the minimap. I dont want him to get any plates and as well I am extremly fed so I want to be on the map! (If anything happens or if I see a play anywhere I am way faster there. Krugs are also fine but I dont think that gold and xp changes anything of my lead rn
hmm incredible i would like to see either emerald or diamond feel like every game there is a different win condition maybe show more game where your team also feed hard if possible haha and what you do in order to control the map and win thank you bro youre so good
I don't think there would be a game where a Emerald/Diamond teammate of Sinerias would hard feed since he's also teaching to communicate properly with your teammates and that alone would prevent so many deaths unless the teammate is purposely running it down.
lol you never played in this elo did you, the amount of chain feed that is going on there is insane. so for me its pretty eas to win games where 1 lane is wininng but i would like to see a game of him winning when lets say the odds are not trully with him becaues all lanes are losing @@BakedPotatoYT1
