@@moeedahmed2110 it depends on where you’re located and what kind of property you’re looking to buy. If you’re looking in the Tennessee area or want to buy NNN / single tenant net lease deals, then my team can help. If you’re looking to buy somewhere outside of that box, I’d have to know more details of what you’re looking to do but happy to point you in the right direction
I am in Ann Arbor, MI. I am more inclined towards NNN deals. This is going to be my first deal so definitely looking forward. I usually go to biz buy sell to look for deals. Do you use any other platform where one can find deals?
@@moeedahmed2110 you could use Loopnet or Crexi to find sites. My recommendation is to always hire a commercial real estate broker. You don’t pay their fees, the sellers do, and they’ll help you through site selection, underwriting, and due diligence. My team can work with you on that if you’d like - just shoot me an email at office@thecaublegroup.com and we can help you along the way
Man alive, we appreciate you, Tyler. Your thought out delivery, given direction, just as much all the efforts it much take, along with you sharing you knowledge is real and true. I have learned so much, and watched many times seeking my own destiny through his will. We will trust in Him,, your travels will always be safe and much success to you and your fellow team members continue with many blessings..
Glad to hear it! You loop the rehab in with the acquisition loan, so it's all together.. For example: $1,000,000 purchase $250,000 rehab = $1,250,000 75% LTV = $937,500 loan
Great insight on this video Mr. Cauble. Say would you be willing to share your thoughts on CRE wholesaling as a means to aquire some funds to buy something to start with? Man, that would be great! Thank you so much. Bill Turner
Absolutely! I've done a video on wholesaling commercial properties before - here's the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XXVXHS4-_ow.html I'm planning on doing more videos on this in the future
