Good to see you back! The points are very true. I quit a year ago from IT completely burned out and it was only about 5-6 months ago that I did some volunteering and met some people to chat after watching one of your previous videos. The only thing that truly clicked with me was clearly out of financial reach and I began to look for jobs in IT again. I only applied to one job in the public sector and after a successful interview, I actually found myself being excited about the job and that is because most of these values looked good and I realised that my burnout was caused by corporate jobs with a bad environment and my own negative reaction to them. So I would say I rather work in a career I don't feel much for with these values being positive and aligned to me than one I am passionate about where they are negative and not aligned.

Hey ZubiForce! Thanks for the comment, and for the warm welcome back :) Really appreciate that. But more importantly.... You've HIT THE NAIL ON ITS HEAD. I couldn't agree more with you on rather working in a field of work you don't feel much for, but with the work environment being healthy, supportive, positive, and aligned, than working in a field that you're passionate about but with a misalignment of values and a toxic work environment. Glad to hear you got excited about work again and found a job with a good work environment!
