How to find accommodation in Nea Iraklitsa and Nea Peramos, Kavala, Greece

Many of your questions this year and last year were related to finding accommodation. Any recommendations, how much does it cost, how do you find a safe place to stay…
There is no completely correct and certain answer to these questions, but here is the way I would go to look for accommodation again in the area of Nea Iraklitsa and Nea Peramos, two beautiful places near Kavala...
When I'm looking for accommodation, I always first look at the offer of the websites www.booking.com and www.airbnb.com/ and it's 100 percent the safest but mostly the most expensive way to find adequate accommodation, so I always switched to other methods.
My second step is to review the offers of our tourist agencies, and as for the offers for these two places, you can find them on the websites nikana.gr and www.grckainfo.com
At the beginning of June, we were in the accommodation Elena in Nea Iraklitsi, which is offered on the website of the agency Nikana, and I don't have any photos or videos from this accommodation, but if the price suits you, this accommodation has my recommendation.
The third step is not the safest, but probably the cheapest, and that is direct contact with the owners, and that's where google or google maps help me, where in addition to the location, you can find photos, contact details, and reviews of previous guests...
That's how I found the accommodation AQUA studios & apartments and a video with a detailed description of this accommodation, which I would definitely go to again, is on the channel. When looking for direct contacts on the Internet, be very careful because there are a lot of fake profiles, so that you don't run out of money. I am lookig that there are reviews from previous years, that the contact should be a Greek number, that it should start with +30... and when I pay the deposit or the entire amount, it must be in a Greek bank.
As I said, when I go to this area again, I will first try the Aqua studios&apartments accommodation, so the next step would be to send an inquiry to the INFO CENTER in Nea Iraklitsa, which has offers for accommodation in both Iraklitsa and Nea Peramos.
The next thing I would do is to send inquiries to the apartments that I managed to photograph while walking the streets of Nea Iraklitsa...or the streets of Nea Peramos... For all these contacts, ask the owner for pictures and locations, because I don't know what the apartments are like inside, I only took pictures of the contacts...
