Thanks! This boss was really hard and i like how different he is from other bosses! The weapon is incredible and the heavy attack is probably gonna be nerfed soon lmao, i reccomend using a debuff stacking build to really get a bang for you buck
Hi guys! If you are bad and want to know how good this weapon is, here are the stats: this weapon hits twice dealing 25 dmg and allowing diamond ring to be more effective on this item per swing and 25% piercing aswell as inflicting level 3 flames. This weapon is very heavy at a 50% less swing speed, but it’s worth it because of how hard it hits. The heavy is a big fat swing downwards dealing 50 damage and sadly not hitting twice, but spawning a flame puddle that inflicts lvl 3 fire. This flame puddle’s damage scales on how much damage the swing before did. The flame puddle can grow up to 50% bigger and deal up to 50%more damage but the base damage of the flame puddle is normally 6x12 due to it lingering for 2 seconds. Also slows and weakens enemy defense that stacks called “hot steaminess” at max stacks (12) making them take 12% more damage for 6 seconds. Some other stats are: +9 range, element fire, +65% heavy cooldown, and this weapon classifies as heavy. Here’s a build I made for it: diamond ring, frying pan, sharktooth necklace, fragile whetstone, wicked fire squid. Armor: firebreather. Helmet: sorcerer of the squids. Firebreather, sorcerer of the squids, and wicked fire squid can be obtained through beating “the new boss” in the junk pits named “wickedus squidulous the 1.26th”, but you need to use challenge medal to get the wicked fire squid. Skills: sorcerer aced, (any stats applied to your weapon are increased by 10%, but also including any stat de buffs. Aced: no longer includes stat debuffs and now increases stat effectiveness by 20% as well as making any other skills 20% more effective.) a 4 point skill, combo aced, (every bit of damage you do not including stats effects are added to the combo. Every 100 combo you do takes your damage and increases it by 5%. This 5% of damage can stack up to 25% which is 500 combo. This damage will be applied when “the combo timer” runs out. The combo timer is how fast you need to maintain your combo. Combo timer is 4 seconds, so after 4 seconds, the damage will be done to the enemy. Aced: can stack up to 1000 and now has cool effects when the combo runs out and you deal damage to the enemy lulz. Also, you gain combo 25% faster. This extra nonexistent 25% damage you deal is not thrown away, but half-applied if you fully finish your combo. The more damage you do, the more combo you get so you get less combo with enemies/bosses with armor keep that in mind. Just reminding y’all.) the 3 point skill, and rally aced which everyone knows of course, spend the rest on what you want but I heavily suggest to use bloodthirst. Confused about the new items, armour, and helmet? I can explain them. Firebreather is a 26.72% chance of dropping from wickedus squiddus the 1.26th. Stats: +15 dex, +15 intellect, +20 strength, +10% swing speed, +10% crit chance, +15 agility, -10 defense. Description: Do you like to play with fire? Function: Doubles fire damage, and fire type damage is increased by 15%. Sorcerer of the squids has a 39.77% chance of dropping from wickedus squiddus the 1.26th. It is a helmet. Stats: +15 dexterity, +15intellignece, +15 strength, +10 agility, -5 defense, +5 crit chance. Description: Engulf your enemies in ever-lasting FLAMES and watch them BURNNN!!! Function: -50% fire damage, but it hits 4 times per tick aswell as lasting one second longer. +10% fire type weapon damage. Wicked fire squid: +6 strength, +6 intellect, +5% crit chance. When activated, the next fire attack will proc a holy squid attack, freezing the player for .5 seconds, increasing the damage of the swing by 50%, and giving the player 50% damage reduction and 15% more damage for 4 seconds. Can be used every 25 seconds. These new items and skills are amazing and even though the boss might be a lot harder than Cata please get these, as the attack pattern is just as stupid as mondo squid’s.
