Very interested in this topic. It seems like realtors don't want to be bothered because it's not a lot of $ involved for them...

If her land is in the country, there are no sewer lines anyway, so she'll have to dig holes for septic tanks in each lot. There are 26 acres for sale in my old neighborhood for just $200,000. Me and my little brother and I are chopping at the bit to get it.

Thank you for these videos but might I say it also important to be easy on the eyes. Respectfully, the lighting needs to have a total overhaul. You guys looks gray ish/green overtones and hues. At the very least, have some one take a moment to just adjust the color correction. You will probably get longer watch times as a result too. - for sure I'm willing to bet.

Mr. Mike how did she find it with septic and well in places already?that’s the part that I kept rewinding, how does that much acreage already come with septic and well? She said it already had that in place. All she did was clear, add electricity and fiber/cable. I have never seen Land for sale that has septic and well done just missing electricity. Could you do a video showing how this happens… Wouldn’t that owner just go ahead and finish the almost complete land since it’s not really raw with sewer and water in place.?

If anyone is interested there's a up-and-coming city getting crowded call Goodyear in AZ. Live mostly in Glendale but I would advise someone here instead of buying a home you can get 1.5 acres and above for the low 201r median has pushed up to 450k and with their credit your interest rate is 7% with zero down will make your payment around $1,000. I know a person could build on it like I like tiny homes or it would be sold here pretty soon to some rich successful developers for a new development to go up in a few months double price would it should be even amidst the homelessness rate for my state. If I were younger me I would tell the person to invest in that even if you still live in an apartment it would be worth it within a year even before you buy a regular 🏠.

She still didn't tell us how she found so many acres.
