Look up local construction costs for similar buildings in the area. You can get that information from contractors or permits

If they're already listed on the market, then no - there's no point in trying to wholesale it, in my opinion

Easiest way is to pull permits for projects, which will often have the value of the permit (cost of construction) on there or to call contractors in your area to see where pricing is
