Ma'am agar plot ka ek main gate hai. Phir uske ander ghar ka bhi ek entrance hai + plot ke ander garden area bhi hai ghar se bahar. To main entrance kaun sa consider karenge? Plot ka yaa ghar ka?

Dono entrances ko consider karana hoga. Do grids banegi whole area grid and constructed area grid.

sirf compound gate ki entrances dekhane ke liye overall grid ko consider karana hai. baki sab activities and balancing ke liye constructed grid use karana hai

As back and front portion are left open .so plot area and actual covered area dimensions are different.now for brahma sthan point we have to use plot dimensions or covered area dimensions

if open plot is not covered(don't have roof) then you have to consider only constructed area for brahmsthan

Ma'am if house is constructed on a plot which centre we should take constructed area or plot area please clarify

Constructed area plus open area if it is covered means if open area has roof then only we have to consider it otherwise take a center of only constructed area
