Most important takeaways from the video regarding job search/internship search: 1. Do NOT send same CV and Cover Letter to all positions (Companies) 2. Do MORE initiative or unsolicited applications to reduce competition 3. Go to JOB MESSE (Job Trade Fair, if I am not mistaken, correct me please if I am wrong) 4. APPLY IN GERMAN LANGUAGE, if you at least have B1 level (Things will be more smoother in interviews and one can send more applications) 5. Learn and upskill software skills according to your domain, this will also give a serious edge to the application ! DO NOT MISS THE AMAZING STORY OF JOB SEARCH BY HARSH AND CHECK THE WHOLE VIDEO !!!!

I have watched this video twice and followed some steps,. After applying in German the biggest challenge is some organisations give tasks like one famous company asked my to explain task for Solar modules planning. Even though having able to speak, the technical words that we speak in English are not included in our daily language. I would ask you to give some suggestions or make a video on how to improve technical german language. Waiting for your positive response in any form

Why driving license is so much important in germany?. Why they ask have you license in your own country?. I have no license,I am from Pakistan.How can I answer them effectively. I have also face same situation.

Your skills should have keywords as described in job description

But I think one should change cover letter, not CV. If you are relying on one particular field, then cover letter should be changed...not cv Am I right?
