What part of Maryland? There are deals all around. Depending what you are look for

@@TylerDalton Germantown MD, most deals in my area are very high, or for example, they are a lot of properties in Baltimore MD but nobody would buy and flip in those neighborhoods.

Most of the skip trace companies you use will have a way to scrub it against the DNC. A quick google search will allow you to find companies where you can upload your data and it will tell you

There is only really one sure way to find deals and that is to go to your code enforcement office in that city to contact all owners of code violations.
