Is it legal to work with two companies in Poland and be an employee in two companies at the same time? Because in my country, it is possible to have a second job, but as a freelancer and not an employee with two companies.

You can have 1 full time and 1 or more part time job, but not 2 full time work. Also you have to make sure you dont have restrictions to have 2nd job, some companies will put this disclosure in contract.

Another question pls, If I come to Poland with a work permit and after 3 months I find another job, Do I have to resign so that I can get the work permit with the new company, or can I continue with the first company until my new work permit is ready?

Hello you can continue with your current company until you have new work permit. If you resign immediately without new work permit you cannot start work in the new company.

@@tam.alvarez The new company can prepare a work permit for me even if they know that I have just arrived in Poland with a work permit ? And if they don't know, I must inform them ? As per rule you cannot work while under tourist VISA. Finding employer is possible, but you need to have working VISA.

yes but it is limited for people outside poland. most likely you can check in legit agencies in your country to have higher chance of landing a job overseas :)

Hello sir try nyo po sa mga agency mag apply, madami po ako alam na forklift operator dito sa mga korean company (construction), kaso wala po ako maiibigay since emplayado lang din po ako hehe :) Best of Luck po!
