Hi Sir, how can I find the longest flow path for several subcatchments or subwatersheds (multiple drainage points) at the same time using this ArcHydro tool? This video helps me by the way... thank you.
When I click on longuest flow path it shows me an error that tell me : " LONGUEST FLOW PATH COULD NOT BE GENERATED FOR INPUT DRAINAGE AREA WITH OID=1"? how can I fix this problem please?
Dear Sir, it is a very useful video but it seems I couldn't process the ArcHydro, even though I already install it but whenever I try to process stream definition (for example) it goes to error.
I think I got my own answer Sir: using this additional tool is quite tricky, sometimes we need to add tif (extension) for the output, but sometimes not, I don't know why, maybe because I am using the last version of ArcGIS, and also make sure that your table of content is clear from unnecessary file.
If u want to calculate basin perimeter length then in watershed polygon add one field of length and change ur projetion to utm and calculate ur basin length by r8 click and calculate geometry
@@ranjeetsaw137 while I'm executing the project.i got everything well but while I'm assigning longest flow path it's not showing the path ..... particularly longest path .....can you explain clearly
@@PADALACHANNEL actualy sometimes it creates prob ,if prob continue then close arcmap and del default.gdb file then again start ur arcmap n run the same will work .
