This video demonstrates how to find the posting period variant assigned to the company code.
If you get an error "Period 002/2018 is not open for account type S and G/L 399999 , then simply goto OBY6, find the posting period variant assigned to your company code.
Then Go to OB52, find your posting period variant and change the periods against your posting period variant.You should be able to post the documents.
