I don't care about beauty standards anymore, cause so much body dysmorphia and hate towards my body doesn't look like billboard models learn to love yourself and appreciate yourself
It's good to not care. It's so freeing not to care. I know I have a hard time sometimes myself. Especially those days were I'm not feeling my best. But on those days, I have to remember that body standards are made up and by no means defines beauty.
