I am curious about the laws in the US regarding hiring someone. In my country it is pretty strict and there are a lot of rights and employees have. This also comes with huge costs. Do you have to deal with the same things?
Hi! Great question. Yes, once someone has been paid a certain amount they must fill out forms that says they are officially working for us and they have to start paying taxes on that income.
