er.... i don't think someone who is suffering because they messed up their life are necessarily the best ppl to be helping other ppl who have messed up their lives... *_That intro rings FALSE to me..._* Don't have time now - I'll watch the rest later and re-comment (edit this comment) but i don't think 'looking at your worst pain' is a good way to find your PURPOSE - in fact, the OPPOSITE! I'm quite a bit older than this fellow and have, 100% surely, lived a crazier, way more varied life than him.... I can say with at least 70% certainty (at least that's what i have seen from more than 70% of happy ppl who pursue their purpose successfully), *_it's by identifying your BEST DELIGHT, not WORST PAIN!..._* (That finding your PASSION is the way to do THAT!. I.e. What excites you?... What you were happiest doing as a child! etc...)
