This is amazing. Being an atheist and a Buddhist at the same time, and a student of Master Shi heng Yi, this conversation made me very happy. I love these reflections that shed so much light on what we humans are still unable to understand but still in a position to experience. This is wonderful!
If I am reading this I do not believe your atheïsm claim. Now I know some sat Yoga, and I believe we end up in the same place because the letting go of everything without fear and embrace the void, whereafter it fills with love, wordless wisdom and insights is sometimes "downloaded" This consciousness that we can approach there and when it is granted and so when we are is the one self, but the one self is the same for everyone. He abides in the few, and we abide in him. This is the same for a Christian mystical experience triggered by being picked up by the comforter who gives insight and points out the lesson we learned in our darkest hours, lessons needed to wake us up from amongst the daydreamer.
@@martinsedlacek8581 Well, an atheist believes that there is no god and since buddhism is not a theistic religion, meaning it doesn't require the believe in gods, you can very well be an atheist and a buddhist. There's even a term for it: Secular Buddhism.
I’m also an atheist and a Buddhist. I don’t believe in god until proven otherwise. But I follow the philosophy of Buddhism. I respect everyone’s religion but I personally won’t follow it. However, I can appreciate certain aspect of it.

Would you offer intensive courses; perhaps in your monestary or online⁉️🙏watching Quigong touches me...can't explain. One thing I know though is I want to learn more, even though I'm not young anymore....I don't care...I know I really want more of this philosophy and learn to make such smooth motions....🙏. Trying to copy your motions, it makes me feel so at home🙏....but so far from the marrow of all🙏
Shi heng yi....threw my study of shaolin ways and looking at other methods of seeing life,i think shaolin ways are honest truthfull and natural.you have taught me to look at things in a way that fells correct ,im starting to understand the wisdom of your methods and am happy about that part of it all🙂.much appreciated.🙏

The body carries memory. it is how we know where we have been and are supposed to be. Just like a woman's canal recognizes her husbands sperm. Normally, the body creates defenses against foreign objects including sperm, but for a married couple, the woman's body knows her husband's frequency so it lets go of defenses. This is the same thought process. Our bodies have memories of where we have been before. The feeling is the secret that unlocks these memories. We unite with the frequencies.
Shifu, due to your video, I am revisiting & rethinking, from a linguistic, scientific, & esoteric perspective, the issue of matched resonances between people. In the past, I have perceived this issue as a destructive force, & also, this is something I have not wished to have in common with another person in my environment. Instead (which didn't happen overnight), I have chosen my relationships, AT ALL LEVELS, to be bsed on concent, reciprocity, synchrony, positive energy comingalling, acceptance of differences, & other factors by which we balance each other (such as asymmetrical balance where 2 friends are different but still complement oneanother). As an INFJ-A personality, without the 1st 2 & the last 2, I would rather be alone than be or be in poor company (free, short form, online at Myers Briggs Personality Test, 16personalities.com). Etched in my mind are the facts that = resonances means that the US government can destroy practically anything, & that designers + builders of anything must be cognesent of the fact that their creations must not resonate equally with anything within their creations' environment, for this can mean a weak link, disintegration, or total collapse. However, on the other hand, Google tells us that resonance occurs when the frequency of an initial object's external vibrationmat matches the resonant frequency of a 2nd object. As a result, the 2nd object will vibrate or oscillate at a higher amplitude. Like a mental arrow, the higher amplitude factor caught my undevided attention & interest. For months, I have been exploring different variables, which play key parts in persons who spontaneously aid & spark my development, trigger my imagination, influence my thinking, & whose teachings, lectures, music, etc. I respect, remember, & cherish. With my concent, people who jump-start my higher amplitude brain waves can get my undevided attention, for hours, without my feeling fatigue, can make time stand still, & can place me in a state of contentment. Resonance, besides playing a part between humans, can be mechanical, acoustic, electrical, optical, series, & parallel. All this can also be translated in terms of the human body or in the interplay between human bodies. However, my independent study concerning this subject must continues. Broaching various issues associated with matching resources between humans & your words have opened the possibility of my being able to look at this topic from a different perspective or even differently. Gosh, I relate to the cat in the MMS, who can be seen happily 😊 ridding a unicorn with a rainbow 🌈 in the background! Other than my quest issue, the advice given in this video is extremely kind, excellent, & very helpful--especially since you, as always, activate my thinking in a way that never makes for a dull moment!
