I’m glad I pulled through, despite the crises. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 4.5 million. One is my place of residence the other 2 properties will give me $80,000per/yr rent . The best way to get started if you're having trouble with change, is to change your physical activity. Get more active go for a jog, do some squats, pushups and if you can't do either than just punch the air for at least 5 minutes a day. Trust me little by little you will naturally want to push more and do more.

My whole family got Covid then when we were going through a tough financially situation she left told her family it was because I was a bad person but I found out she was doing drugs behind my back and she lives with her brother with my 2 year old little girl living a functioning drug addict life and I ended up with no home no vehicle got laid off and I have no family. So I have to make a miracle happen so I can get my little girl and give her the life she deserves and this video has helped

I’ve only just started my life and i can successfully say I am the only one my age that I know of in my social circles that can provide and take care of myself. Imagine buying what you want the second you become independent and people around you assume it just got handed to you instead of actually grinding and working hard subtly to benefit me and my future and the life I can provide for my potential partner and family and no one had to tell me to push myself everyday it was a choice we all have cognitively wired inside us. heard this video after a seizure from alcoholism. I quit after 15 years, I lasted a year and 3 months sober. I relapsed and drank straight for 10 days. I realized how u cant start drinking again with a clean slate. I picked up on my depression right where I left off so I quit. I went through a horrible and terrifying 4 day withdrawal with mild hallucinations But it was worth it and easier this time around thanks to this video. Keep your heads up and know its possible but hard
