In this video I offer you a different perception of executing one of the most basic Jiu Jitsu techniques, the cross choke. By pointing your focus to the obvious yet hidden environment start by applying the technique only when your opponent is tired or not paying attention. You have them mounted they should be a little tired. Make comfortable grips and use you're feet to walk until your body weight starts tipping over and hang your body weight into your opponents carotid arteries. Gip + Frame = Hang. A good recipe for any submission.
