5 inch shallow raider is my absolute go to lure in cool water spring fishing. So versatile and its out caught every other lure in my box by far.

I love using a medium sized, blue cotton cordelle with an orange twister tail behind it, last I used it I had a several follow ups, sometimes they were as big as 50+ inches

Cotton cordelle Redfin chrome shad pattern is the most used and caught the most fish on than any other lure I’ve ever used lol it’s so beat up it’s hardly even chrome anymore.. wish I could find another one new!

the biggest muskies in my area are around 36-42 inches so not very massive and they are in about 5-6 feet of water what would you suggest for these smaller ones?
