Thanks dude. 6 years later this tutorial is still helpfull. Suprised about the haters below. You explain in good detail and those in a rush for answers are in a rush to fail.
What's exactly going on when you sync the tempo of a wave file to the project's tempo...is it messing with the sample rate or something? Please help, thank you
Excellent tutorial just one question how do you align the beats, because having to track with the same beat it doesnt mean there are align by the beat, well only if the singer its precisely on time, and one more time GREAT TUTORIAL!! appreciate your response thanks!
Good job man! Love the tutorial. I scrolled down to the comments to see some rude stuff, wow. but Ay, talking plenty is better than just not talking and not providing enough information.
Omg man, 9 mins to explain something that takes 30 seconds. Good tutorial but please consider making your next tutorials to the point, no one wants to sit around forever lol. Thanks though.
bro, please i really need your help. im making a remix of 'crying in the club' and the acapela doesnt fit in the tempo, idk why, i already did all you did on the tutorial, and it doesnt fit anyway, could you please try to fit the acapella and tell me what you did? cause the normal way doesnt work :/ HELP ME PLEASE
FYI you can turn on the click track in FL studio to hear the beat and make sure things are in time and in the track properties you can resample it to keep the pitch
Hey good tutorial but one question: some acapellas aren't in the good tempo even if you click detected , and when I do fit to tempo the acapella goes slow( for example I'm working on in da club -50 cent and it says is in 133 obviusly it isn't and I wanna fit in 130 but it goes as it were a 100 bpm acapella or less. how can I fix this? thx!
Thank you bro for a wonderful, helpful video. I tried everything you said and it worked first time thanks. Just wanted to know if you over do the pitch, how do you undo this?
kool..ok...so i have acapella vocals that wasnt recorded in fl studio, though ive imported it in fl studio, how do i add a beat to the accapella vocals???
Another question. How do you turn up the volume on the Acapella you have just matched? Also do you have to add the music at the top of the playlist or does the Acapella has to be at the top of playlist first? Or dont matter?
where can i find that sound clip you have iv bin on you friends soundcloud and it isn't there i would like to you it for a uk hardcore track ? I'm only a beginner and that seem really easy to work with
Can I auto align two tracks, one is the song and the other is the instrumental? having a hard time creating an acapella cause the instrumental is faster xD
The timestretch function, in addition with the plugin newtone and the slip edit function, can let you make some "magix music maker alike audio tricks" like playing around with a sample to make it sound musical, rather than rythmic, for example, or maybe obtain all the 12 major chords from a major tuned sample (or even tune it to minor with melodyne editor (if you have that software))!So, with timestretch, edison, newtone and melodyne editor you may end to use every musical audio file that hasn't the vocals in it as an audio style for your song! ROFLMAO
If the time stretching of the acapella does not work, there's a simple fix. Click your audio file and in the box that says "Time Stretching", switch it from 'Auto' to 'Pro Transient' (this usually works best for me).
When i try it it doesn't stretch the song, it still propose me to take the original tempo, actually 123, and i want it to be 140, i do the same and it don't work, in 123 it's good, in 140, the song is the same that in 123 after fit ..
