To anyone watching: Don't drill a hole thru the floorpan: do what he did for center console mount. You can also cut off front feet and weld in replacement brackets to have seat sit lower and straighter. SCCA states usage of 3 mil steel being plenty for racing and track application, so make them out of that.
@@cavedelasell nope, just put the seat in, match up rear brackets and then fab brackets for front dpeneding on how low you want it and how you want it to sit. Easy as that.
There was a question about how much lighter the s2000 seats are than stock, but it seems to have disappeared. The s2000 seats are approx 2.5kg lighter.
