Tip: Can't Find local security policy? Step 1 Open Control Panel Step 2 Click Administartive Tools Step 3 File Explorer will appear and you will find the local security policy shortcut there.

I copied files from my rar but temporary folder is in C: drive almost full. Copying files incomplete so I try to copying files but the folder is incomplete. I changed the temporary folder, and apps didn't work like calculator, camera, and email.

If this was the solution, then right clicking the programing and pressing "run as administrator" would work.
