Damn. Good stuff. This is the exact thing I figured out on my own watching Fed and Nadal, but you perfectly broke it down into a 3 step process. Took the past year or so for me to be more consistent with making contact with a fully extended arm. I'm still working to make permanent the muscle memory and not revert to my old T-Rex arm. Your 3 steps will definitely help me! I love it.
I FIND MYSELF WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS OVER & OVER & OVER & OVER... I'm an old (60+) avid who's gradually found himself displaying most of the bad habits you described... ... so this video really opened my eyes ! OFF to the practice court with my Shooterbag tomorrow ! KEEP UP THE GREAT VIDEOS ! -Mark Vogt | VOGTLAND OUTDOORS
This was a tip that I’ve been searching for such a long time thank u so much!! There’s time when I’m using the wrong muscles and it just hurts my wrist and the ball and I wasn’t able to generate a lot power. I thought it was because of the position of my wrist or my timing was off. Turns out that I wasn’t getting that internal rotation
Thanks for this info! this is the first video that makes sense... ive been playing tennis for 2 weeks now and when i play i hold back and definitely have a tight wrist...I think i'm afraid of my power so i try to swing slow to guide the ball. Going to try this tommorow and not coming home till i rip bombs over the net that land in bounds haha.
You sell stuff, but you set access restrictions for your site. I can not open your site even with VPN outside US. Really? You seem like a good tennis player, but not very good businessman.
