I had this. Patella came out of alignment. Used to swing my leg back a number of times and it’d click back into place. Looked worse than it was. This guys looks harder to fix though.

I dislocate my knees like 10 times taleast before. i pop mine back too easy but not like this. This will tear or damage more muscle or ligaments. Gg to him.

This is the result of a ruptured ACL not being repaired. If hes hit side on with any kind of force, that knee will be destroyed! Its totally unstable.

As a person who just dislocated their knee back in early may 2023 u CANNOT do this, ur leg is almost impossible to walk on, either way u should need a knee brace, if u don't take care of ur knee its gonna dislocate again and again

I’ve done my ACL a few times, it’s horrible, a sort of pain I can’t describe, the knee takes weeks to feel ok again. Mine does anyway

My knee always pops out for a second but goes back in on its own, it’s usually when I land jumps (ima dancer)

This is not his first time that's why he easily loose done it .Same happened with me 1st time i was not able go walk and was very painful but after 6 months it again happened and i easily treated it in seconds and started walking it's because body adapted this situation and person should also have self control not to cry and scream instead do it as early as possible

Happened to me once when i was shadow kicking In fact im laying in bed with a plaster right now It wasn't as painful as you'd imagine or maybe I just have a high pain tolerance but it was just shocking seeing my kneecap yk, not where its supposed to be Pro tip: be careful when shadow kicking and don't put too much force into it Also it was freakishly easy popping my kneecap back in place but i sure as shit didn't feel like a far cry 2 playable character because i still couldn't walk for a bit and i still had to go to a hospital limping along the way
