Sort of related- have a Stihl 090Super- is there a special gizmo on the tank vent line? Mine is not running correctly, and kit didn’t help, new carburetor didn’t help. Something about emissions and closed system where the saw can’t leak fuel while inverted? Saw where the line had set screws inside to comply with the Feds……which seems like a plug to me. You obviously know saw carbs, help?
Hey donny, I have several 3 series huskies that all have air leaks between the boot and the carb. I’ve tried different things with little luck. I understand the leak can be caused by over tightening the carb bolts. Any advice? You must have encountered this
