Video showing a simple way to fix a 'stuck' rear (middle) passenger Seatbelt in a Fiat Stilo. This particular model was a 'Stilo Active' on a 2004 plate. I'm led to believe that the cause is a fault in the safety system, whereby it won't allow use of the seatbelt if the seat itself isn't retracted and secured properly - even though it is. To prevent the issue re-occurring, simply buckle the middle belt prior to folding the seats.
