This is only a guide where to start troubleshooting speed problems. In troubleshooting speed problems first thing first is recap, clean the motor shafting, trimmer resistor, potentiometers and switches.
Nice work Woody. Did you use IPA to clean the vr's? I save my trimmed component leads to extend leads when too short. Can you clean and lube the main bearing? 👍
