The final solution for acer aspires 2019 2020 TouchPad problem, many Acer laptop users are having issues with their touchpad. Their touchpad isn’t Working After Windows 10 Upgrade.
Be sure that you install Serial IO Driver Before Install TouchPad Driver.

@@limi7991 hey i'd already fixed mine. No need to install the serial i/o. Just turn it on in the bios. If the touch pad didn't show in the bios pres ctrl s.

Unfortunately, there was not a Driver option. I only had Documents, Bios, and Applications to choose from.

Remove all drivers touchpad and remove io driver if you install it before, than reboot your pc after that download io driver link in the description go to acer.com put your SN Number download driver touchpad (Synaptics) install rebot will work if not working write here down in comment your model i will check for you

First, go to acer.com and download all your laptop drivers and put it on a USB stick for windows 10 64bit if your system 64bit, reinstall windows with a clean one, after windows finish reinstall, be sure that you are not connected to the internet, install. Serial IO Driver first and Install TouchPad Driver and next step install all drivers from your USB stick reboot pc and connect to the internet to optimize the system if you have any question contact me on Instagram.
