Do a factory resets

Never knew Hyundai has a tv, not all android tv have voice control feature, but some have, but the command can only be don on the remote , there’will be a google assistant button on the remote.you have to press and hold then speak through the remote

Just do same process but I believe such issue should be emanating from your service provider

If it was not then a technician needs to fix it. If your tv is still on warranty contact the after sales, they will open the the back of the tv probably the Wi-Fi connection cord inside needs to be cleaned or properly inserted. This will fix both the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi issues

When you clear cache and data your remote must disconnect if paired to tv , so what you should do is reconnect

Kindly go through the settings locate Wi-Fi and cache clear data , restart

@Celebrity-marketer remote is Bluetooth should I turn off, I have it ethernet connected, I have other boxes it only does it with this one, I replaced it and still does same thing!

Check your audio settings

I hope you did not force to stop? You are only supposed to clear data n cache

Please kindly unplug the tv from socket wait for 10 seconds n plug back n on it

Or reset TV

If it doesn’t work, contact service center they will unscrew clean the Wi-fi Fiber and it back and also upgrade software. Best of luck

It did not work for you doesn’t mean it did not work for others, if listened I said if this simple fix did not solve the problem, then d TV needs to be open n hard the fiber cleaned by a technician

You are trying to connect your phone network to your tv? If it doesn’t work please kindly follow the process, clear cache n data, unplug the tv from wall give it a seconds then plug it back n on it. You can reset the tv if you wish. If problem persists then contact service center the fiber needs to be cleaned
