@@catherinealejandro-java3864 changed the date and time to predetermined! i had changed the time manually (bc it was about an hour late) but once i set it back to automatic it was fixed! don't ask why though, because i have zero clue on what the correlation between the two was LOL

Thank you ‼️ I have been trying to fix this problem for 2 or 3 months . I did the 1st thing you said do, the " DATE & TIME " ‼️. IT TOOK A SECOND ‼️ EVERYTHING IS BACK WORKING ‼️. The power went out due to bad weather , when it came back on my tv kept saying the Wi-Fi had no internet connection, I have called AT&T & tried a thousand things that didn't work ‼️. @@mei-zo6jd if i remembered right, i had issues with my tv trying to get on any app that involved wifi, even though the wifi worked perfectly fine on other devices. I fixed it by following the first option, the one with the date & time.

Go to settings, Date and Time and then set it to automatic. Now check the current date and time. If it is correct then your tv will be connected to the Internet.

If your TV is connected to WiFi but not to Internet then set the date and time settings to Internet date and time and it will work.@@ozzydoop1473

Just unplug the TV, wait 1 minute, and then, turn it back in...let me know if it worked.

@@raulcitraro Actually the issue was with the ISP. The LAN cable coming to home was connected to a nearest switch/box which was flapping frequently. They changed the box to which my LAN cable was connected and the internet works fine now.
