Hello- I just got an apple 13 but I’m using the cord for my apple 8+ the car play was working fine, but all of a sudden the car play is going off and on when I’m on a windy road going off and goes back on, is it the cord???

You need a data type USB cable. Only thing that worked for me.

You need a data type cable to connect USB A to USB C if you have an iPhone 15. It’s the only thing that worked for me.

This was not helpful at all. The things you suggested were common sense. What if the car is not showing on the list of available cars? All you said is it should show up here. It’s not.

when i connect via Apple cord, my car says it’s connected, then 2 seconds later says it isn’t, then 2 seconds later says it is, etc. Only way I’ve figured out to fix it is to turn off and on my phone… EVERY TIME I start my car!!! (and yes, I bought a brand-new cord 2 days ago from Apple and got the car last week)

apple carply worked fine with my iphone x and 12 pro max now it wont work with the 15 Pro max apple doesnt carry a cord with an a and c end tries multiple different cords from different manufacturers and the phone will only charge carplay does not connect

My 15 pro max has been working this whole time with the type c to type c cable since my car had usbc for the CarPlay spot. Now all of a sudden it won’t work no matter what I try.

@@RyleeVaillancourt I did… obviously i cant do wireless connection for some reason. And I need to only use cable. The cable must be connected straight to the car usb without extension
