It means that you have to pay for a certain item you bought if you purchased anything on the AppStore or in a game and only when you pay if off then it will stop notifying you about that.

this has happened to me for a second time now! i fixed it the first time but the second method doesn’t work for me anymore. some of my apps like twitter won’t load so i logged out of my app store and then i tried to log back in but it wouldn’t let me, saying verification failed. i’m trying the third method right now. BUT PLEASE SEND HELP! how do i stop this from happening again??? it has never happened with my previous iphones before 😭😭😭

That popped up in my iPhone so I kicked my iPhone from the email and then it got stuck so I deleted my Apple ID permanently thanking it would work but it didn’t and my phone thinks the Apple ID still exist and it’s stuck so now I can’t download anything or update or any thing , lol I want to kms 🙂
