THIS ACTUALLY WORKED!!! Just like everyone else, I tried and tried, and watched video after video, reset them over and over, and nothing worked. BUT THIS DID! I used a tooth pick, pushed the white thing to the right, it moved, I plugged them up to the cable, and the orange light is back!!! THANK YOU!!!
Bro omg your amazing. I've had mine for 4 years and started doing that saw a Reddit post that said beat the right side and that worked but this time it didn't. Can't believe how simple the issue was. Working great now. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!
I can't believe this :)))))))))))))), mine were broken for almost a year, a few months after I bought them, I was extremely frustrated, I didnt wanna pay more money to buy any new headset and ended up using my apple airpods, my Bose, my brother's old astro, and after a year my brother's gen 3 started acting funny, so I tried to fix it again and this totally worked for me like magic, thanks for taking the time to upload this fix man, you're a savior.
Had my A50's for at least 5 years, they have slowly been harder to charge with no yellow indicator showing only white but apparently still taking charge although very slowly. Just today they stopped working even with the cable connected. Considering their age I genuinely thought they were done for but did a quick search and luckily stumbled upon your video. Opened them up and pushed that white thing down and to the right, at first it didn't appear to work but I then thought whatever and pushed on it with a lot more force and who would have thought, they are now charging at a steady pace with the lovely yellow indicator on the headset itself that I haven't had for the past couple of months. Hopefully now they will last me another 5 years :D Thanks a bunch for the video, appreciated.

What the actual fuck man. I didn't even have that white box. There's just a flat connector there. I just opened the headset, (there was some weak glue by the way) just 'booped' with a pencil where the white box would be. And boom it still fuckin worked. Perhaps it's just the movement of opening it? 'Cause honestly I didn't even really touch it. This is some ridiculous wizardry. Thank you for even taking the time and uploading this video. You honestly could be a bit quicker in getting to the point. But just you having the motivation to help others out, beats that little remark tenfold.
omg, ive been having this problem for months and ive had the headset for less than a year, my headset would sometimes charge, sometimes wouldnt, so most the time id just leave it on the dock even though the orange charging indicator wasnt showing and the battery would go up, however itd always die after like 5 mins so obviously this wasnt charging it. Ive looked for every fix out there and i finally come across this video, all it took was a 5 second messing around and boom, orange charge light. Thank you so much!

Ok… lol that actually worked! Wow! I’ve had this problem for a while! I would update the firmware and still nothing. I would have to keep playing with the headset on the basestation for it to wrk.
just bought this headset for 20 bones at the goodwill.... guess the donate was having the same issue(solid white/blue lightt)! well i fixed it for me. thanks bruh
Omg wth instead of taking off that sticky cover I just snaked the right headphone from the inside and it must have moved the wire back 😂. Its working again🎉
Just wanted to say that I doubted this would work but to my surprise it did. I used a credit card to remove it and replaced it on afterwards with no fuss etc
Would somebody be able to point me in the direction of the most recent manual firmware update? I can’t find it anywhere on the internet. My command center doesn’t automatically update at all. I reset, it says 80, it dies. I reset, it says 0%. I reset again and it says 30%. It’s bugging all over the place and I’m very sure it’s the firmware.
I did find a final solution to this. Sometimes you have to open it and repair it because the micro usb mount is broken. It can appear fine on casual observation, but you have to open it to see.
just got a new pair it wont turn on i put on charge only show white llight when i try to turn them on no light but ehen i pt them on charge only white light did hard reset did this poking thing still nothing did updates reset like 10 time but still stays same
Man, im trying to poke it and it still dont work. Like, it goes to 0% to 1% and stops right there. Damn. If i somehow solve this shit, im coming back there to tell you all what i did, if i manage to repair it.
You know I thought this was gonna be bs but i barely touched it and yeah it’s charging now Edit: it says it’s charging now but im not sure if it really is it’s been on the charger for 30-45 minutes and it’s still at red so 🤷♂️
NGL the headphones themselves are amazing but the base station is TERRIBLY designed, IDK who TF came up with that POS but they need to be fired immediately.
