yo guys if you guys are stuck on the update file, make sure you have the usb cable plugged into your mouse, dont do wireless. Make sure your mouse is plugged in and then you will be able to update

hey i just got attack shark x3 pro and im having issue rn while im playing games my right click just stopped working i have to click twice, but when i got to a website searching right click test when i test it its working properly i think the mouse is purposely sleeping but do you have any information to fix it?
I just bought X3 pro and I cand find software or firmware which would work with this mouse. I have Attack Shark x3 pro soft but it is showing "search device" forever, if i instal attack shark X3 software then i get message "no device". Anyone same issue ?
So I randomly get that issue where it will disconnect until I lift off the mousepad and start moving again too. It only occurs a handful of times during the week for me and I did notice that it occurred less frequently when I used a dongle to move the receiver closer to my mouse + connect it to the usb port at the front of the case. Additionally, I updated the receiver off of the same Kysona website but the blog post from October 19th, 2023. The issue doesn't happen frequently enough or is significant enough for me to use it wired all the time now, although I have been mostly playing Valorant and some aim trainers as of late. I'm also now on the Attack Shark X3 software because for some reason the Kysona m600 software caused my mouse to hold spray after clicking the mouse button multiple times.
@@quicktalon1 I used an old dongle off of a Viper V2 Pro that I gave to a relative who doesn't game. I didn't like that mouse's shape at all as it would cramp my hand. Ultimately I gave up on the Attack Shark X3 as the sensor issues began to get worse over time. Even after attempting to troubleshot via updating the receiver again the issues persisted. I ended up purchasing an Endgame Gear OP 1 8k which I have enjoyed way more than the Attack Shark X3.
i updated all but went i use x3 on my pad, it doesnt smooth at all, sometimes it work very good sometimes x3 acting like the censor stuck in something, it like a glitch but i cant fix it. When i use without pad it clearly fix. I dont know what's wrong with my x3. Can you find out what problem is? Is their any problem with my pad? Because when i use wire mouse it doesnt lag or stuck or anything :((
Try maybe cleaning the bottom of the mouse and also clean your mouse pad just in case, you should probably just use the mouse wired since wireless has a bunch of bugs :((
