Thank you techademics , this advice you gave finally fixed my issue.Even reinstalling windows didnt help :S 1. Press Windows Key + R and a small run window will appear. 2. In the run box type "inetcpl.cpl" (Without quotes) and click OK. 3. When the Internet Properties box appears, click on the Connections tab at the top. When you're in the connections tab, click on LAN settings near the bottom. 4. When the LAN settings box appears, make sure the box next to "Automatically detect settings" is unticked. Now select OK to close all windows.

This worked for me, I was getting the error message: "Blizzard agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake it up...." It doesn't uninstall your games, you just have to set the path to where it is. Great tutorial
same... i wanted to play overwatch, but overwatch get a new update, i wanted to dowload the update, but the update got stuck. then i deleted battle.net and wanted to reinstall the launcher new and now my launcher is stuck in this screen

Found the fix for AMD graphic card users. Disable AMD chill. Add a game profile and select the battle.net launcher app to launch. Keep the profile as standard not gaming and turn off all options in the profile. This will fix it. Click launch and it will launch instantly. Worked for me. After all the other options didn't work
I'm trying to download warzone on my pc but when I try to install it, it says installing required files and the bar that shows you what percent your game is, is red instead of blue and its downloading very slow

If battlenet is asking you to install the game, which is already installed, simply click "locate the game" > left click game folder > Open. It just helped me now. It was WoW and Crash 4, that i obviously have already installed long ago, and played last night.
Whenever I try to download Blizzard it says network interrupted or waiting for network..I have tried it on 2-3 devices and I have a perfectly working wifi but I can't download it....can u upload and put a public link of the setup in Google drive? Edit: it's fixed...use a vpn and then download

@@Techademics I think it was a decent length. The pace at which you described the steps wasn’t too slow or too fast. On faster tutorials I often have to rewind in order to be prepared to pause to write something down but I didn’t feel the need to with this video.

I keep getting a BLZBNTAGT00000840 error. So i uninstalled the game and attempted to install it again. I install the 212GB needed although when it reaches 2gb left for download the error pops up. IDK what to do. I have tried everything.
same problem with my pc. I could download battlenet with internet explorer. Somehow Google Chrome keeps saying failed network error. I used internet explorer to download COD Warzone but the installation just won't start. Battlenet sucks.
I FIGURED IT OUT :D You Right click the download link that says "try again" on the blue blizzard screen that has "you are not prepared" and select "open in incognito mode" A new dark window pops up and the download doesn't encounter the "network error" stopping the download at 2.0mb/4.7mb Not sure why it was being blocked normally

THIS IS A COMMENT WITH A PROBABLY WORKING FIX PRESS READ MORE TO SEE WHAT TO DO!! The app isn’t getting far enough to generate error logs. However I there might be a pretty large system issue in the MSinfo contained in your PC. The Windows Management Instrumentation is failing! Lets try resetting it: Search CMD in the windows start menu, then right-click the icon to run as administrator, then in steps type the commands below into CMD. net stop winmgmt (Press "Enter") winmgmt /resetrepository (Press "Enter") net start winmgmt (Press "Enter") exit (Press "Enter") Once this is done, restart the computer then retry the installer. THIS FIXED MY PROBLEM IT MAY FIX YOURS TOO.
I had the "Instruction at 0x0000.." error. I couldn't uninstall the application until I deleted the files on %appdata%. Thanks! Will now reinstall the app.
Didn't work for me. Windows 10 install is approximately 3 months old and all updates have been applied. All drivers are updated. Reset Winsock. Flushed DNS. Rebooted router. Tried 2 different profiles. No connection issues with any other app currently installed.
Why are all doing it when they allready have battle net on the computer i resored my pc and wanted to Download it and i says Blizzard agent is installing but the loading thing isnt moving and i cant delete the folders CUZ I DONT HAVE THEM AND THERE IS NO HELP FOR THAT
@Techademics i have the error this is not the correct version of this game when i click on my mw3 app it wont launch the game. but the mw3 launcher, launches battlenet, and i can play the game fine. but it crashes. also the game in the data folder, data, the files some of them are missing for example data250-270 not even there. So what do i do in this scenerio. i scanned and repaired and i deleted the idx files and 1mb files which scanned it again and added a lot of missing data files. but not all of them. i really want to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling im afraid to delete data. especially the roaming folder i heard can lose you some stuff, mabye im wrong though. I basically just need to get the data files right for my game. and the app itself cod.exe wont launch. If your not sure thats ok
Try logging into Blizzard.com, Go into your Account Settings, Click on Transaction History, Then check the status of your payment. If it says PENDING, then that's why it won't download. It needs to say COMPLETE. Lmk if it worked💯👍

You could start off by saying "you should try uninstalling and reinstalling bnet. That would have saved alot of time skimming through your 'for dummies' tutorial. BTW, this problem started out of nowhere on multiple computers, IT AIN'T ME.

I tried to instal and it say's : You can't use a folder with special characters in its name or there's some other problem with the folder you picked. What can i do?

I keep getting issue's with COD so reinstalled Warzone and Cold War, with no problem's. Tried doing the same with Vanguard and it wouldn't let me uninstall, so did this on main window's menu. Now it won't let me reinstall the game or anything. Just keeps saying "Whoops, something went wrong or is broken"🤔😡 Will this method help with the problem??
