Hi! I find your videos super useful. Do you happen to know how to fix the brakes of a b-free stroller from Britax? Mine stopped working after moving the stroller backwards for 10 meters or so while hearing a cracking noise. Any tips would be highly appreciated. Many thanks!

This was very useful, thank you! We suddenly had issues with the Britax Smile III (3). The left wheel wouldn't unlock, and could see that the pin on that side wouldn't retract when pressing the pedal. However, there seems to be an additional difficult-to-remove rivet (!?) fastening of the plastic "shell"/casing that attaches it to the frame. I first thought it could be a bolt set with an Allen-key, but it really does seem to be a rivet. This makes it impossible to reach the mechanism and wire running inside the frame. Thanks for the video! If you have an suggestions for Britax Smile III rivet problem, I'd appreciate any advice.

@@eeroi1067 Unfortunately not yet. December flew by. I'm considering drilling the rivet to open the shell, and then replacing the rivet with a bolt that can hold it together once I'm done. We've done without locking the wheels so far, but it is quite inconvenient in many ways when out and about. Hope you manage to fix yours! Merry Christmas. Happy holiday!

@@immersediguana2326 Hey, I just managed to fix our left wheel brake by removing the three screws that were under the wheel, prying open the casing a bit and testing the brake pedal and randomly poking at the parts inside😅 Try it out, the casing seems to be durable enough to pry it open a good 1cm / 0,5inch or so to kinda access the brake mechanism without breaking!

@@eeroi1067 Glad it worked for you! I noticed that too. Prying it open retracts the "stuck" pin, but I will have to poke around to see if it could work normally again. Happy New year when it arrives!
