How to fix broken 12 V Power Outlet / Cigarette Lighter port of 2016 - 20 Honda Civic 

Thank you i followed all your steps and was able to see i had a blown fuse and went to autozone to purchase replacements for 4 dollars - PS If you drive a honda, you have a fuse under your hood as well and if you open it there is a white tool that helps you pull them out instead of use plyers !
