Yes! Your approach got my printer working again! You talked about the ink not going through the tubes to the print head and to do a system clean. Very easy to do! I have had trouble getting this printer to print and have tried to get it working off and on for about two to three years -- but never once come across a common sense trouble shooting like you did. I am forever grateful so I don't have to run to a print/copy shop every time I need to print something! it was clear that the ink wasn't being fed to the print heads and that fixed the issue!
