Love this printer; it's a trusty workhorse. Before replacing the board try the fix that others have said works which is to bake the formatter board in the oven. Sounds crazy but others testify that it works. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ErGK9VU2ivM.html My printer needed to be reset again, but holding just the green button down and restarting didn't do it this time. Another video said to unplug and plug the plug very fast three times, that worked once but not the next time. Another video said to press the green and (pink-yellow-orange??) button simultaneously and wait until all the lights except the green go out. That did the trick this time. I don’t know, if this keeps happening, maybe baking the board is the next thing to try. The price for a new board runs from around $20 to over $100 depending on the source and perhaps the quality.
