Thanks for the vid. I have the same issue on my ‘84 intercooled turbo. Driver window works, the other three barely register from the driver’s door switch. Will be giving this a go. And then the power mirror switches!

Right on man. I would also recommend some dielectric grease on the contact areas. Just a very tiny amount., like almost nothing, a very thin film layer 🤙
