Waiting for what dude?i mean no hate to the guy but everything he said in this video was mentioned over a hundred times repeatedly in his previous videos. Different titles ,same content
Don't shampoo more than 3 times a week, don't use conditioner more than 3 times a week and dont get your hair wet too often, max 4 times. When your hair is wet the proteins in your hear break, so wetting it too often will cause more breakage. Use oils every week, not every day tho. Dont brush your hair with a small thin comb. Be very gentle with drying hair. Try dry your hair with a hairdryer on the coolest mode. This reduces the time your hair is breaking. Dont use it too close or too hot, cool air is best.Make sure youre using shampoo on scalp, and conditioner on the hair. Check your shampoo / conditioner that it doesnt contain harmful ingredients. Ingredients like peppermint or coconut is super good. Be very gentle with hair. Dont put products in every day
Hi. Can i ask a question? Is it normal that some hair is getting on my hands when i run my fingers on it? Like when I'm styling my hair and I'm just touching it to the direction my hair is growing. Also, is it normal to lose about 40-60 hairs when I'm shampooing it? I only use shampoo 3-4 x a week and not using any conditioners. At the days i don't shampoo, I'm just wetting it with water and when I'm drying it with an old t shirt. There's still some hair falls. About 10-15 hairs. I don't know if this is still normal cause I'm just a 22 year old guy and no one in the family on both sides is bald. I'm afraid for what might happen so if there is any remedies to prevent it. It will surely help. Thank you in advance for the response 😊
@denkixd51 really? I feel like my crown part is thinning 😅 if you look closely at the top. Some says its thinning. I don't know if it's true. That's why I'm conscious now on my hair fall. Thanks mate!
Hi i have hair long enough for a knot I searched on google all i see is they say you’ll lose your hair from front if you keep your hair in a knot i just wanted to try grow my hair but thats my only fear!
Thanks for these vids man!! I’ve been growing my hair since March and I lost my motivation today. I didn’t feel like I was presentable, the top portion of my hair is annoying, and worst of all, I live in California, so I get hot so much. But your vids have reinvigorated my motivation to keep on going and remember my goal!!!
Thanks for this Luca! Really enjoy watching your videos - I’m 5 months into growing out my hair and it’s really helpful to hear from your experiences. The biggest tip from this is the hair oil one, will definitely try that 👍👍👍
I was growing my hair due to quarantine but then I wanted to grow hair but everyone was like 'get a hair cut and laughing' but thi man boosted my confidence . Thanks bro
I love your videos - I enjoy your accent but what I really like is your sensible advice presented is a succinct and practical manner. I love you hair and beard.
My hair used to be really dry and I tried to fix it by not shampooing every day and when I do so I started using hair conditioner and it made a really big difference
Great vid and good timing as I've been having a lot of issues with dry hair. I definitely over wash so that's something I can try to cut down on. I've just started using coconut oil as a post wash and wow it's really made my hair look and feel so much healthier in just a few days. Edit: Yes please do a what you eat in a day vid!!
Luca, I would love for you to redo an updated version of what you eat in a day! I feel like I'm where you were when you thought your hair was thinning. Looking forward to the new content!
Hey man, I’m not sure if using oils on your hair is a good long term solution to fix dry hair. People often use hair oils to moisten their hair, but when hair needs moisture, it is thirsty and needs a drink. In fact, oil and water don't mix. Oil actually repels water and either pushes it out of the hair or stops it from getting into the hair. Hair oils - and especially coconut oil - tend to seep into every tiny hole in your hair shaft and disguise the real problem to act as a quick-fix; this won't help your hair in the long-run. What you can do, and you did correctly advise this is using low PH hair products. You could also use moisturising masks regularly.
You're a lifesaver for a guy who's gone from regular old short hair, no demanding maintenance, to now whats 7 inches from the top of my head. A lot to learn
Hair can also be dry because it's curly and your routine just doesn't suit you. Try switching to sulfate-free shampoos and not brushing your hair out of shower, this was a real game changer for me
I don't shampoo my hair everyday but I have depression so what makes me feel better is getting in a scolding hot shower sitting down and crying and the hot water might be drying out my hair but I don't want to give up that coping mechanism what. a. conundrum.
Thumbs up to that balanced diet point. I've composite hair type - oily on scalp and dry on the tips. Even though I was using good quality products, my hair used to get dry and tangled within hours of my washing. However, I did see the difference when I started taking protein rich diet. Also, the consumption of Omega 3 essential fatty did play the role (I guess). Thank you for this video Luca...☺️
A.K SHUBHANG i felt like i wanted to cut my hair midway through my journey but i kept going i used hats/beanies in the winter and i let it out in summer, trust me after 10month you’ll love it. Try to go to the barber shop every 4 month just to cut a little bit of the top so you don’t get split ends
cheers brother, we have similar hair but yours is definitely alot thicker and less dry! I eat well, I have lack of sleep quite often , but thank you for these tips.
Can you make a video for what to do with you hair while working out/ prevent it from looking super oily after? Especially for those who work out daily, thanks!

I'm growing out my hair from last 5 months, in between I come across your channel. And I'm really loving your content. ✨ Brother, do you have any suggestions for reducing hair fall..? (Note: My English is not that good, still learning. ☺️)
You might just be noticing the hair falling out because of it’s length. I’ve been growing mine for around 10 months now and I thought my hair was falling out for a while but it was only because hair loss is more noticeable when hair is longer. People usually lose around 50-100 hairs everyday, so as long as it’s not more than that then you have nothing to worry about! Your English is great by the way!
i have this really weird thing where every part of my hair is straight except for the front strands and near my hairline, it is very very stringy and is so easily able to be ripped out, its super thin and can barely even be called hair, i dont know how to fix this and ive been working on it for years plz help
Damn bro I feel you man , my front hairs temples hairs hairline hairs are always frizzy and falling out and now my temples are receding hair oils don’t even help, but I shampoo everyday so maybe thsi is why

great vid! I would highly appreciate your recommendation, I've been growing out my hair for abt 10 months now and my final goal is to able to fit it all in a man bun which I think ill be able to achieve by the end of this year. My hair is very thick and coarse and wavy, I've read almost read everywhere not to thin hair while growing it out. Im on a stage where im still motivated but I would try to get some thinning done, would you recommend getting my hair thinned out or just get the split ends off? Thanks in advance.
Want your hair to look the best??? Then push the limit of how long you can go without washing your hair. I’m married and my wife is not shy about telling me when my hair stinks or I’ve got bo. I wash my hair once a month and sometimes longer. When I do wash it, I use pure Castile soap and even so it just look dry and puffy. I’ve BBQ and had a strong smell of smoke in my hair and it disappears after about 48 hours and probably could have been covered up with some scented hair oil or something. I also sweat a good amount working out in my garage gym 5 days a week in the southeast US. I do have very puffy/fluffy hair though. So I never have to worry about my hair looking flat.
Its been 6 months I have been following all your tips and it really works. But basically Need some tips to deal with humidity of India. As well as affordable products to buy in India. A video on that is appreciated.
Still not more than 3-4 times a week. You can use dry shampoo and if you need advice, here's a video that helped me: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Xa1oxrKB6VE.html
1. Use shampoo less often (replace with conditioner if you want softness) 2. Use more hair oil (coconut, argan, olive oils) (I literally shower my hair with oil before sleep) 3. Don’t use gel 4. Don’t shower with veryyy hot water temperature, it damages the scalp Hope this helps
@@ianpalopa3328 Bro don't listen to my advice. I was uneducated back then, here's an improved version of my tips 1. Use shampoo less often, try sulfate free shampoo if you don't have dandruff 2. Don't wash everyday (check whether you have an oily scalp or dry hair. If it's dry the DON'T WASH EVERYDAY), and when you wash make sure you condition. 3. Use hair oils. Use a heavy oils (castor ,coconut) if your hair is high porosity, and use light oils if your hair is soft-low porosity. Argan oil is good for either. 4. Stay healthy, both physically and mentally.
@@halalguts6331 thanks again for the advice, thought i didn't really understand some term/words that you're saying (i'm just starting to take care of my hair) i'm on my 5th month of my long hair journey, and lately noticing that my hair are very dry, it is smooth but it still ugly cause its dry, i guess my problem is i do shampoo daily sometimes twice a day, cause i do exercise daily and i'm afraid if i didn't do shampooing my hair after workout it will be stink, guess i'll start to do shampoo less often, and applying olive oil, thankyou.
Hi luca... when i wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner and i get out of the shower room.. i feel like my hair is like a wood..i feel its so hard to put my hand in *i never use hot air.. i have stright and healthy hair* (in the next day i start to feel that the hair is better) Why does that happen?
I have a question: when i was a kid like 5+ y.o my hair is so smooth, silky, not dry in short but now im teenager and my hair alrd changed! Its dry now :( so my question is how can i bring back my smooth and siky hair? Please answer ASAP
My hair its really nice after i hop out of the shower but then it gets kinda dry and its not smooth anymore, i take showers with hot water and i use shampoo once a week
When I don’t shower, my hair gets extremely bad bed head and I haven’t found a way to rid it except a shower. How should I style it without showering everyday?
You can in fact shower and rinse your hair every day with water without stripping it of its natural oils. The point is just to not shampoo every single day. You should wash your hair using shampoo and/or conditioner only 2-3 times a week, however only using water every day of the week is no problem.
I have the problem that my hair never stays the way I style it, it always falls down into its normal down state. Everywhere ive gotten my hair cut ive always gotten comments about how thick my hair is and how heavy it is and I think it might be related? Any suggestions. Ive been growing my hair out for a couple months and in the front its about to my lower lip for reference.
