if you dont know why eror code 286 on your screen beaucse its bug (my opion)

I searched online that using vpn could get you banned i just really want roblox to fix this but they dont respond to my bug reports and my review on google play store and i hate roblox for that if they want to fraking people to play their game then just answer the bug reports and reviews on play store if this goes on i could quit roblox for a year :(
