Hey guys! I just fix this issue Hope can help others Go to marketplace (it will open in a new tab) Choose your town then choose any of the listen items Try to message to seller. Once you do that it will pop a window with "You marketplace is not personalised " Then, right under you have 2 options Personalise your marketplace or Not personalise Choose to " personalise " Only then you go and follow the steps in the video
