Restoring headlights quickly and easily at home! Sometimes wet sanding paint or headlights can be intimidating, but this easy 4 step process yields amazing results! Just clean the headlight, mask it off, sand (using the grits listed in the video), and polish for a glistening shine. I hope this video helps you save time and money. Great tip! I will likely repeat this process and apply the coating (or clear coat) to protect the lenses.

Yeah man it protects your finish, otherwise they will oxidize again within 3 months. The good thing is that next time you can just go over them with 3000 grit and just one step polish it, then apply the coating. No need to redo the aggressive sanding steps anymore since that damage is gone, now it’s just above surface oxidation that builds up.

Looks great but you have to seal them. Otherwise tou have to do this in 6 months again. Plastic transparent primer and 2k gloss clear. I’ve done it and it works! Greetings from Stockholm Sweden.
