Hello, thank you for your information. I have a problem: my Nest camera goes off every evening at 21:00 until 06:00 (the whole night). I wonder whether in the set-up there is something I overlooked and I set it up, by mistake, to go off in the night. If so, how can I change it? Do I need to re-set the whole thing? Or is there a way to fix it without taking the camera off the wall, i.e. directly on my phone? Thank you so much.

in my case, I'm forced to call a tech @ a little over 200 bucks to come fix my problem(s) with my cameras being offline at my home. I've spent a great deal of time of trying to get this offline problem resolved with techies over the phone, but there is a continued issue of me getting a phone disconnection after talking with the techies for an extended period of time. It's my addiction to urgency that I'm compelled to pay out of pocket, but c'est live. I'm almost confident with the technician arrives to fix my issue that it'll be something minor.
