@@sabriklc7446 I had to use WIFI at a library. A library has free internet for everyone. No library card is required to use their interent. So I sat at a library for a hour updating my devices. One of my tablets Play Store app is so old it wouldn't update. My phone updated everything. Play Store has to be downloaded with WIFI from another website if it won't update. Also if Google Chrome update crashes you might have to download Firefox. My Chrome update on my tablet crashes, but the Play Store works. The trick is you have to use WIFI. A library alao has some of the fastest internet with no data caps. I couldn't find a restaurant with good free Wifi. Most restaurants today have private WIFI. Library really has the best free internet in every town.
