Might have too try this on a pair of motherboards I've gotten for free this weekend. Both are Z87 chipset, one has no response trying too start on the front panel & doesn't even start shorting green to ground on the 24 pin anymore (It did work once though.) The other board says a boot error on 3 different things even if there isn't anything connected.
